The given bar chart outlines the most loved season of Portuguese individuals divided into three age categories. Overall, it is clearly seen that despite an age difference, the most preffered season is summer, outweighting the other three.
Young citizens under 15 years old rate autumn and winter the same, although that percentage is relatively small, slightly over the 10 percent mark. The seasons that are the most voted are summer and spring, with approximately 47 percent and 30 percent respectively.
On the other hand, other two age groups’ results are reatively similar, compared to the first age group, where the dissimilarities are very noticeable. In both, 15-64 years and 65 years and above age groups, summer is the most preferrable, having peaked at 35 and 40 percents, respectively. On the contrary, the least appreciated one is winter, results varying between 12 and 5 percents. The summer is followed by spring and autumn, spring reaching almost 30 percent in both categories, autumn being rated 20 percent in 15-64 years category and 35 percent in over 65 age category.
