The bar chart shows how much foreign aid was given by six developed countries to developing countries from 2008 to 2010. The figures are measured in billion dollars.

Overall, it can be seen that the USA gave the highest amount of money in all three years, while Netherlands and Sweden donated the least. Most countries increased their aid slightly over the period, but some of them had small changes or decreases.

In 2008, the USA provided about 21 billion dollars. This number increased to around 23 billion in 2009 and reached about 25 billion in 2010. The UK also showed a steady rise, from approximately 9 billion in 2008 to 12 billion in 2009, and then about 13 billion in 2010.

Germany and Japan had similar figures. Germany gave around 11 billion in 2008, then it went down a little in 2009 before rising again to about 12 billion in 2010. Japan donated nearly 11 billion in 2008, dropped slightly in 2009, and then increased again in 2010.

On the other hand, the Netherlands and Sweden gave less money compared to other countries. The Netherlands increased its aid from about 6 billion in 2008 to almost 9 billion in 2009, but it decreased a bit in 2010. Sweden also rose from around 6 billion to 8 billion between 2008 and 2009, however it fell to about 5 billion in 2010.
