On the one hand, if we eat breakfast, there are 14 percent of sodium, 21 percent of saturated fat, and the highest percentage of sugar at breakfast. It is 42 percent. Moreover, the highest percentages of nutrients are at dinner. If we eat too many meals at dinner, we may consume harmful nutrients, such as 43 percent sodium, 37 percent saturated fat, and 23 percent sugar.
On the other hand, snacks are not as harmful because they contain lower percentages of nutrients. We may consume 14 percent of sodium and 16 percent of sugar and saturated fat. Finally, the highest percentages of sodium and saturated fat are at lunch, while added sugar is lower. If we eat many meals, we may consume unhealthy nutrients. Lunch meals contain 29 percent sodium, 26 percent saturated fat, and 19 percent sugar.
