The Chart represents the average percentage of vital nutrients such as sodium, saturated fat, added sugar consumed by people of USA in their day to day meals like breakfast, lunch, snacks, dinner. The data states that this essential nutrients needs to be consumed at right proportion in order to stay away from health problems because this nutrients if consumed in Surplus quantity have potential to cause harm to human health.
To start with 9.00 clock breakfast sodium shares the greater percentage of 43% whereas the added Sugar has only 23% has least and saturated fat at mediocre. Then the clocks moves to 12 Noon the lunch time arrives we can see that
the nutrients imbibing has gone down to 20%~ which ever the case sodium or saturated fat or added sugar.
