Nowadays, people preferring ready made foods because of their busy schedule as they have to rush to there offices or send kids to the school. For example people are eating breakfast like bread with spread like jam or chocolate or peanut butter and chips and cool drinks as their snacks.

In addition, working individual prefer food which are readily available as their lunch and dinner. However packaged items have sodium,fats and plenty of calories which can effect the health. For example, one of my friend moved to abroad for further studies, and also doing a part time job so he don’t get much time to cook and he started eating frozen food after sometime his health was affected because of food poisoning.

In conclusion, package food are relaying but we cant consume them on a regular basis rather than we can eat fruits and boiled vegetables as our meals which are way healtheir than stored food.
