Overall, it is clearly seen that, sugar intake through snacks shows a significant propotion than other meal times, however, there is less sodium and fat in this. On contrary,in dinner time there are more sodium and fat consumed.
First of all, in breakfast time every nutrients are minimalised and shows almost similar of 14%, 16%, and 16% for sodium, fat, and sugar respectively. In addition, in dinner time, there are significant propotion of 43% sodium, 37% saturated fat and least of 23% sugar.
Furthermore, lunch time mainly consumes sodium of 29% and a23% of saturated fat while only 19% of sugar. In contrast, through snacks consumption, there are a peak of 42% sugar, least 21% fat and miniscule 14% sodium.
