Overall,it is clear that in 2003 China,India and Bangladesh’s prices surged substantially through the period.Argentina and Japan’s figures had a slight decrease,whereas in Brazil it remained the same.
Brazil’s prices per kilo was around 25 pounds in 1993 and it stayed the same in 2003.However in Japan and Argentina the prices fell slightly going from 15 pounds in 1993 to approximately 13 pounds in 2003 from Japan’s import and falling from around 28 to 26 in 1993 and 2003 respectively in Argentina.
China’s imported clothing’s prices saw the highest increase in 2003 surging from 10 to about 23 in 1993.India’s average price was around 7 pounds before a significant growth to almost 13.The average price for clothing per kilogram in Bangladesh was the lowest,showing about 3 pounds in 1993 before doubling to around 6 in 2003
