The demonstration shows the US people in age 35-44 stayed in their job longer that others during the years provided. In contracts, there are fuctuation of the year of service in one place between US people in age 25-34 and Europe people in age 25-34.
The chart given that in year 1985, US citizen, aged 35-44, worked average 10 years in one job comparing with the EU citizen, aged 35-44, the average year of service is only 6 years in one job. On the other hand, the US and EU, aged 25-34, work only 3 years in one position. In year 1990, US aged 25-34 and 35-44 have a significant gab with 3.5 time, but EU aged 25-34 and 35-44 have gap only 1.5 time. In year 1995, the average years have a similar pattern to the year 1985. Meanwhile, the average year of service during 2000 to 2005 shows the similar form which are US citizen, aged 35-44, hit always high performance if compared with EU, aged 25-34 whose stay in on job for a serveral years.
In conclusion, US people, aged 35-44, hit all time high of the most year of service in one job. addtionally, there are some unstable for people in aged 25-34 either US or EU citizen.
