Overall, the dwellers of both countries in the age 35-44 years old could stay in their job longer than other categories over periods given. Meanwhile, the people in the age 25-34 years old could not stay in their job for a long time.
American in the age 35-44 years old consistently leaded other categories, they could stay in their job until 11 years while it happened in 2005. On the other hand American in the age 25-34 could not stay even a half of the older category staying time, they only could stay in their job 3 years in 1985. Furthermore, their capability went up and could stay 4 years in tha last period.
As for Europe’s people in the age 35-44, they could stay between 5-7 years in one job while in the last period they could stay in one job as many as the first period (6 years). Additionally, Europe’s dwellers in the age 25-34 competed with American in the same age in their staying time, both of categories had the same capability in 1985 and 1995. Furthermore in the last period, Europe (25-34) underwent declined to 2 years.
