The given chart illustrates data about the movement of people from rural to urban areas in three contries(Iran, Indonesia and Russia) between 2000 and nowadays and predictions for 2025.
Looking from an overall perspective, it is clear from chart that the propotion of people who moved to an urban area from a rural, increased in each country over the shown period. Another interesting thing that at first the number of people in Iran was the lowest, but in 2025 it is estimated to be the highest.
First of all, we have to look at the blue line, which shows the index of moved people in Russia. It experienced a sharp increase to approximately 80 millions from 16 millions between 2000 and 2020; however it is predicted that the number of people will have increased in 2025. If we will move on to the green line, we can see that there was a slight rise in the proportion of Irish people between 2000 and 2005; however it began to unexpected growth from 2005 to nowadays and it is forecast that the movements will have soared in 2025. And the last line in the chart is the red on, which contains the information about movement’s growth in Indonesia. There was a minimal increase between 2000 and 2020 to 30 millions from 10 millions, which was followed by a stagnation from 2020 to the present.
