The bar chart demonstrates how many films were manufactured by five various nations during the three-year period, starting from 2007.
Overall, there were downward trends in the number of films produced in both countries A and D, the inverse patterns were true for those of countries B, C and E. In addition, country A consistently produced the highest number of films, maintaining its dominance in film production throughout the period.
It is clear that country A’s film production remained relatively stable, with approximately 88 films created in 2007 and 2008, after which it experienced a slight fall to 80 films in 2009. Similar changes, but to a lesser extent, were seen in the figure for country D, which dropped from roughly 15 films in 2007 to just under 10 films in 2008, followed by a final recovery to nearly 14 films by 2009.
Meanwhile, the number of films made by country B was the second-highest in the first year, starting at 50 films, before reaching a peak of 70 films in 2009. Likewise, country C witnessed a moderate rise from approximately 9 films in 2007 to north of 10 films in 2008, followed by a gradual growth to under 20 films in the final year. Noticeably, there was a marginal increase from 10 films in 2007 to upward of 11 films in 2009 in the country E’s film manufacture.
