In stark contrast, fitness classes, the least popular activity in 1990 with only 120 participants, surged to 220 constituents of these classes, surpassing racquet sports and swimming till now. Similarly, circuit training, which started at roughly 150 people, has shown the most significant growth in contemporary days, peaking at nearly 300 members.
