Overall, both numbers of men and women are higher in part-time studies during all periods. In addition, the amount of female students witnessed a significant growth in both full-time and part-time studies between the three portions of time.

The amount of males enrolled in full-time education oscillated between the three periods from 1 million to around 900 thousand. Meanwhile, the number of men in part-time education increased steadily throughout the periods from approximately 100 thousand to almost 300 thousand.

In the other hand, the amount of females enrolled in full-time education escalated from around 780 thousand to almost 1180 thousand between the three portions of time.
