The given bar chart above represents the proportion of people employed in work differing from sales, accounting and computing to nursing and farming. The study was conducted in 2001 and in 2008.
Overall, in 2001, the majority of people preferred to work in sales, while farming was represented as the lowest figure. Regarding accounting, it was the second preferred job, also computing was in trend. Nursing was estimated as second least popular job. In 2008, however, figures of sales, computing and nursing underwent a little growth, while the decrease was witnessed in accounting and farming
In 2001, there were a lot of salers, almost 160.00 people, while people employed in accounting were twice less. To add, the figures of computing and nursing was almost at the same point as accounting – slightly under 60.000 people. The least requested job is farming, only 30.000 people.
Controversially to 2001, in 2008, as sales remained the most demanded, its mode even rose to over 160.000 people. In addition, accounting lowered to 60.000 people, whereas computing amd nursing increased to 80.000 and 60.000 respectively. However, not only farming remained the least required and its figure witnessed a decrease from 30.000 to 20.000.
