The bar chart compares how many people worked as coaches, referees, managers, and in other sectors in an Australian town in 2015. Overall, it is clear that the number of volunteers choosing coaches, managers, and other sectors was the most significant, while the opposite was true for that of referees. In addition, the number of paid people was distributed quite equally in all categories.
Coaches were the most popular choice for the job of volunteers, while referees were the least selected, at around 75% and 30% respectively. Volunteers choosing managers had a slightly lower figure than other sectors, at 45% for the former and 55% for the latter.
The same number of paid jobs was recorded in referees and managers, at nearly 35%, making this the highest number among the 4 sports sectors. Similarly, the number of coaches was as high as that of other sectors, with just over 40%.
