The above bar chart illustrates the number of travelers using three main airports in New York, John F.kennedy, LaGuardia, and Newark across a time span of six years from 1995 until 2000.
From the chart is it clearly visible that people travled more from 1998 to 2000. compared to the other documented years which did not reach fifty million passengers. There is a trend showing every year the total number of passengers across different airports have increased immensely, in 1995 the total travelers were 75 million which is fairly small to the year 2000 with approximatly 154 million travelers.
LaGuardia airport had a steady growth across the years and is it shown that it is the most popular between the other two airports, although, in 1997 John F. Kennedy airport has surpassed it by a little of 2 million people but regained its popularity quickly in further years. Moreover, John F. Kennedy and Newark airports growth has been fluncating across the illustrated time span, John F. Kennedy airport had an increase in passengers in the first three years and dropped slowly in the the next two years with Newark surpassing it. but eventually in 2000 people started going to it more than Newark.
In conclusion, people showed in increase in travel every new year compared to earlier years. The bar graph also indicated that people went to LaGuardia airport the most across the years Making it the most trendy. Furthermore, John F.kennedy and Newark had various fluctuations with John F. Kennedy airport being used more than Newark in the first three years and the year 2000.
