The line chart, which has been given to outline, represents the information about the number of young adults under the age 18 who were arrested in cities, suburbs and outskirts from 1995 to 1998.
From an overall perspective, it is readily apparent that the amount of young criminals was dominant in suburban areas throughout the given period except the year 1997, whereas in urban places and rural areas the figure for juvenile discrepancy showed almost the ssame pattern.
According to the graph, in 1995 the highest number of crimes among youngsters was in outskirts (about 3%), while in suburbs the number of arrests of juveniles was slightly less (mere 2%). However, a year later, the figure for the latter showed an all-time high (8%), sharply plunging to -2% in 1997 and showing a good result of zero arrests in the end of the given period.
In contrast, the figure for arrests of teens under 18 in rural and urban areas witnessed the same alteration, where in 1996 they rose a little by 1 and 2 % respectively. But from 1996 to 1998 their indicator suffered a constant decline (-2 and -5% in 1998 respectively).
