The given chart illustrates the proportion of car manufacturer’s total sales in North America , South America, Europe and Asia. Overall, it is immediately apparent that throughout the period, Asia and Europe observed dominance in terms of the rate of car manufacturer’s total sales.
In 2016, Asia, Europe and South America nearly shared the same rate of car sales which was around 30%. 2017 witnessed the 10% drop of the figure for South America. Meanwhile, the figure for Asia and Europe slightly increased by about 3%. There were no considerable difference that happened in 2008.
After 1 years, the figure for Asia were 10% higher than that in 2006. In contrast with Asia’s trend, the figure for Europe decreased moderately to around 32%. In 2010, a half of total sales from car manufacturer were from Asia while the figure for North America and Europe nearly unchanged after 4 years. South America experienced the considerable decline of the rate of car manufacturer’s total sales which made the figure for South America dropped to 10%.
