In this bargraph , there were an increasing period of owned accommdation and a decreasing period of rented accommodation. In the year of 1918, It carried the highest number of households in ranted accommodation and the lowest number of households in own accommodation which were around 80% and 20%. In this way those percentage were runnig. When it was 1971, there were no difference among those percentage.

But the most noticable part of this chart , in the year of 2011 where the trend was broken. In this year the number of owners was higher than the renters and that were around 65% nad 40%. It was the oposite rise and fall between previous years.
