In 2020, the rate of people exercised regularly fluctuated from 45% to almost 70%. The age group of 26 to 35, which was the highest ratio, at approximately 70%. In contrast, citizen who aged 46-60 was the lowest propportion among all four, only consisted merely 40%.
But the age group of 36-45, not marginally further than the age 26-35, stood at 60% respectively. And for the ratio of 50% was the age from 18-25. It was obvious that the two age group from 26-35 and 36-45 accounted for more than 100%.
