Overall, it is evident that bar graph shows the people who were in age of 18-25 years old were the most significant people who exercised regularly in 2020, whereas the people over 65 were recorded the lowest percentage. Moreover, most categories showed decreasing trends.
In detail, 18-25 years old people accounted for 60 percent, followed by 26-35 years old people who comprised 55%. In addition to this 36-45 years old people accounted 45%. Regarding the people who were about 46 to 55 years old, the percentage decreased from 5% to 40% for excercised regulary in 2020
A similar decreasing pattern was observed in the people who are about 56 to 65 years. They were accounted 35% and people who were over 65 showed 30% in 2020 report.
