The bar graph illustrates the percentage of the spectators of six live sports events, in one country from 2005 to 2015. Overall, it is clear that football has become the most preffered sports to watch on site, while swimming events remains the least favorite over the period.
In 2005, football dominated the graph and accounted as the highest with 15% in 2005 and reached a peak of 23% in 2015. Cycling begins with 12% and ends with a decline to around 9%. While basketball had 5% in the beginning, it shows a dip 5 years later with only half of the percentage, but experienced a major decrease to around 8% in 2015.
Tennis shows a stable increase, with less than 5% in the beginning and increased steadily to 10% in 2015. Meanwhile golf remained the same for the first two years with 5% viewers but decline to 3% in the end of the period. In contrast, swimming had 2% and increased with a stable audience of 3% for the rest of the period.
