Overall, the price Brown and White breads rose significantly, unlike Rye which trend grow slightly. Meanwhile the wholegrain bread was increasing sharply, before falling considerably.
In 2001 brown and white breads cost 0.6 euro, but later in 2002 the price of brown shoot up to 1.5 euros and after a slight fluctuation it eventually became 1.6 euro in 2005. While the price of White bread was growing consistently and reached up to 1.3 euro.
