The pie chart illustrates the percentage of foreign labor force in Australia,1991. Overall, it can clearly see that there are three majority took over half. In addition, Europe accounted for the largest proportion and America took the smallest.
Firstly, most immigrant workforce went to Europe which made up two thirds. Furthermore, Asia was the second largest country (17%) , which was around two times of New Zealand. These two countries take over three quarters of all immigrant people. Additionally, the third largest group was New Zealand, constituted 9 percent.
More than that, the countries from other was much smaller, for example, Africa comprised the smallest percentage, which took only 3 percent. However, the last two countries: North Africa and Other accounted for 4% and 5% respectively. These three countries represent half quarter of the immigrant force in 1991.
