The provided pie charts illustrate the distribution of staff according to their age in 2015 and 2020. It can obviously seen that, youth under 21 represent the least portion over the time under consideration whilst, employed staff between 21 and 30 constitute the largest percentage of all.
On one side, the ratio of employer(21_30) increased by around 10 per cent to become 33% in 2020. Moreover, (41_50) aged group leveled up more likely to be 28%. Both of (21_30) and (41_50) shaped around three-fifth of total chart in 2020, while they formed approximately two-fifth together in 2015.
On the flip side, (31_40) relegated down in 2020 to 11%. Furthermore, over50 years plummeted from 23 per cent in 2015 to become 16 per cent in 2020. However, employers under 21 nearly leveled off during the given period.
