The pie chart Illustrates the percentage of employed individuals according to their age groups in UK’s Public Sector for years ,2015 and 2020.

Overall ,it can be seen that the rate of employment in UK for people aged between 21 -30 years and 41 -50 years increased whereas , the employment for people over 50 years decreased.

After a detailed analysis, it is quite evident that the younger age groups ,employment actually dropped from 14% in 2015 to12% in 2020 .Moreover, the proportion of employment for people less than 30 years increased from 23% in 2015 to 33 % in 2020 . Similarly, the people between 41 -50 years from 19 % in 2015 to 28 % in 2020 .

Moving further into details the rate of employment over 50s decreased from 23 % I’m 2015 to 16 % in 2020 . Also the age between 31-40 years was facing huge decrement in employment in UK from 21 % in 2015 to 11 % in 2020.
