The pie chart illustrates the propotion of workforces employed, which divided into five category-age in the UK in 2015 and 2020.
Overall , it can be seen that the highest propotion of people in age between 21-30, also 31-40 ages in both year.The small propotion was employees ,which age under 21 in 2015 and 2020.
At first,in 2015 a number of employees in age 21-30 made up 23% percentage of a total consequence, and this outcome rose to 33% it was the highest result,than other ages. We can see the exponential declined in elder people between the ages 31-40 . In 2015 the amount of employees was significantly higher than 2020. The beginning percentage was 21%,however in 2020 this percentahe reduced to 11%.
Other ages hadn’t markedly change. The workers in age 41-50 in 2015 accounted for only 19% of the total diadram, but in 2020 was increased to 28%. The elderly workers whose age over 50 years ,in 2015 was 23% and in 2020 decrased to 18%
Workers who haven’t changed much – workers under 21 years. In 2015 was 14% and it is slightly dropped to 12%
