The chart gives information about the result of the survey conducted in Europe into the young generation’s expectations about changes in five areas in life for the following 20 years.
Overall, there were two options to choose (will improve or get worse). It can be seen that the majority of participants thought that communication between people would improve, while air quality in cities would worsen. Notably, in terms of the quality of food, almost the identical percentages of the survey expressed their positive and negative opinions.
Looking at the details of communication, 54% of participants supposed that it would improve in the near future. This means that it was the highest percentage among other positive assumptions. Fifty-one people said that the quality of food got worse. Forty percent of survey participants thought that the quality of water would be improved, while good predictions about healt almost identical number, with 42%. Just 23% of people expressed their positive predictions about the air quality.
