As can be inferred from the graph , the number of students finishing their dissertaion projects rised through all three surveyed years , except for undergraduated failing to write which saw a decline . It is also apparent that the figure for students completing dissertations on time was the largest .
In 1990 , there were 150 students completing dissertations on time which increased two fold to 300 at 2010 . At the same period , a similar trend was witnessed in the figure for undergraduates who finished late . It was a slight rise from about 15 in 1990 to 45 at the end of period .
The rate of undergraduates who were unsuccessful in submitting their dissertaion projects saw a moderate decline , from around 45 in 1990 to fewer than 10 by 2010 . Conversely , the figures for students that rewrote their dissertaions experienced some fluctuations over approximately 20 people .
