In general, the older generation was attracted by romance, action and comedy types more, otherwise the younger ones were more likely to prefer to animation and science fiction typees.
Regarding people aged 20 to 29 year olds, movie genres such as romance, action and comedy were chosen more. Noticeably, the bias was most evident in the numbers of sales in comedy, which see approximately 150000 tickets had been sold. Whereas just only around 30000 young people shared the same interest. Similarly, romance movies showed a contrast of sales between the two age groups, where around 110000 to 20000 tickets respectively were sold to the older and younger group. However, in action movies, the revenue gap seem to be much more narow, with around 90000 tickets for older and 80000 tickets for younger people.
Meanwhile, animation and science-fiction were two types of movie which were most favored by people between 10 to 19 year old. While the highest sales was in animation types with had roughly around 130000 tickets, the lowest sales in older group with just only 50000 tickets had been purchased. In science-fiction genre, it attracted mostly in both group with the sales approximately 125000 to 100000 tickets
