Similarly, there was a contrast in romantic films’ preference in both age brackets, with a significant number of 115,000 tickets being sold to the older audience, while it was only about 15,000 for the younger one. By contrast, action movies were the genre that exhibited the most balanced admissions, making up around 80,000 and 85,000 tickets, with the sales in the 20-29 age bracket being slightly higher.
Animation and science fiction movies were preferred more by those aged 10-19. Although the highest sales were recorded for animation at around 130,000 tickets, this type of film witnessed the lowest seats sold to the 20-29 bracket, merely 50,000.Lastly, science fiction movies attracted relatively high ticket sales for the younger and older age cohorts, at roughly 125,000 and 100,000 tickets, respectively.
