The given bar graph shows the number of girls enrolled per one hundred boys in three different levels of school education.
In an overall, it can be seen that the developed countries are always in a high number than the developing countries in both the years 1990 and 1998.
In the case of primary education, the number of girls is nearer to the target for developed countries (95 female candidates (1990) and 96 girls students (1998)) than the developing countries (83 (1990) and 87 (1998)).But for secondary education level, the developed countries are very closed to the target number of boys when compared to developing countries in both the years (98 female students (1990) and 99 (1998)).
However, when it comes on tertiary level there was an increase in the number than the number of boys targeted. As usual developed countries are at high peak. In 1990 ( 105 female ) and 1998 ( 112 female students). But in case of developing countries, they are dropped down to 66(1990) and 75 (1998).
