In terms of learning modes, evening part-time courses accounted for the largest proportion of 39%, indicating a strong inclination toward convenience. This was followed by daytime part-time learning and self-study, which are equally preferred, with each representing 22%. Intensive courses made up 12%, while distance learning was the least common mode, comprising only 5%. Altogether, 62% of employees opted for part-time learning, highlighting a dominant trend toward flexibility in scheduling.
Turning to motivations, nearly half of the participants took part in the courses for holiday-related purposes, accounting for 46%. Business travel was the second most common reason with 17%, followed by personal interest, communication with clients, which ranged between 10% and 14%. This distribution reflects a stronger inclination toward personal enrichment over work-related demands.
