The bar graph and the table depict the export earnings from five different sectors during the years 2015 and 2016 and the rates of fluctuations in their values in 2016 compared to 2015 in a country.
Overall, the export earnings from petroleum and engineered products were the highest than the other categories. Whereas, the textiles contributed the lowest. On the other hand, the values of almost all the categories rose in 2016 than in 2015, except for the gems and jewelry.
In 2015, the outcomes from the oil based products and engineered goods were the highest among all the other sectors. The earnings from oil products was a bit more than 60 billion dollars. Similarly, the engineered goods brought almost 56 billion dollars to the economy of that region. The values of both of these products rose by 3% and 8.5% respectively, expanding the foreign outcomes beyond 60 billion dollars in the next year.
However, the export earning from clothing items was only approximately 25 billion dollars in 2015, which rose dramatically to more than 30 billion dollars as it’s value went through a significant growth of 15.24%. In the contrast, the foreign exchange brought by gems and jewelry dropped to almost 41% from nearly 43% as the value of this category dropped by 5.18%. Earnings from agricultural products were almost the same in both 2015 and 2016, since it’s value only grew by 0.81%.
