The diagram illustrates how waste paper is recycled.
It is clear that there are six different stages in the process of recycling waste paper, commencing from collecting waste paper and concluding with producing usable paper.
At the beginning of the process, waste paper is collected from paper banks where people throw away damaged paper or directly from business. After that, collected paper is sorted by hand and separated according to its grade, and any paper that is not suitable is removed. In the next stage, graded paper is transported to a paper mill for further procedures.
In the remaining stages, after delivering paper, it is cleaned and pulped, and unsuitable objects such as staples are taken out. Afterwards, when cleaning operation is performed, then it is gone through de-inking, where inks and glues are eliminated. Finally, waste paper is manufactured by a paper making machine, which produces paper that can be used again.
