The bar chart illustrates how many female and male go trips, namely day trip, sports/entertainment, visiting friends in a specific year in a country. Overall, it is apparent that men traveled more frequently than women, however they exceeded men in shopping-related trips.
In terms of journeys made by men, they traveled for work the most, the figures for trips above-over 300, which was significantly higher than women. Visiting friend was the second common purpose among males, with just below 200 trips. Entertainment and day trips were fewer chosen purposes by men, approximately 190 and 50, respectively.
Regarding women, they made the highest number of trips for shopping, reaching nearly 270 and making it the only category that they surpassed men.
The numbers of both visiting friends and travelling to work were nearly the same, which was around 200. Similar to men, the least popular travel was day trip, nearly 50 trips in one year.
