The bar chart shows knowledge about the percentage of women who are getting higher education in five countries between 1980 and 2015. Overall, the number of women who are going into higher education was less than half of the populations of the countries except Australia. When it comes to 2015, the rate of educated females increased in most of the countries in five of them.
In terms of the rate of women going into higher education, South Korea had the lowest rate with around 15% while Australia had the highest rate with approximately 60% among other countries in 1980. France comes next, as the bar chart shows a sharp 50%. In all countries, the UK and USA, including South Korea had less than 50% of educated female.
By the time 2015 came around, the higher educated female percentages increased significantly. According to the bar chart, all the rates of women going into higher education was above the 50% excluding South Korea. The rate of educated female in South Korea was doubled in time from around 15% to 30%. Meanwhile, Australia, which had the highest rate back in 1980, continued to be stable with approximately 60%.
Finally, the number of female increased over time and mostlikely reached half of the population.
