The following bar chart projects the executives, divided by gender, in six different occupations (advertising, teaching, construction, therapists, journalism, scientists and law) throughout the UK in 2007.

Overall, the most significant changes in the percentage in professions is construction, where 90 percent of the males contributed into the profession and females making up the rest 10 percent. Teaching has the same percentage ratio as construction, the only difference is that 90 percent are female citizens who are certified for teaching.

There are 3 professions where male does more than female. Law and science have approximately 10-20 percent of males more than females and construction has the greatest ratio out of the three, which is 80 percent more. There are 10 percent more females than males who work in advertising and approximately 60 percent more than males working as a therapist.

Nonetheless, journalism shares the same amount of male and female, which is 50 percent for each. Teaching and construction amount have the same amount of ration in the percentage where the only difference is the genders are reversed.
