The charts give information on album which was sold in the US, table compares the share of streams in term of BTS top hits around the world in March 2020. Overall, the number of album sales of BTS was in the dominant position, whereas Lil Nax X’s albums were the least popular among the listeners. We can also see that it was YouTube which was the most preferred app to listen to BTS top hits.
According to the bar chart, BTS albums were sold in a greater quantity than others, at 573000, while the figure for Lil Nax X stood at 7000. The rate of albums sales of 21 Savage was not as high as that of Taylor Swift, 17000 and 107000 respectively. There was discrepancy of 110000 between the number of Ariana Grande album sales (297000) and that of Jonas Brothers (407000). The share of Billie Eilish albums sales amounted to 465000 in the given year.
Regarding table, YouTube was the most commonly used streaming platform in terms of listening to BTS top hits with 2.36 billion and topped the chart, but the relative number for Apple Music was the least popular with 0.06 billion. The share of this K-pop group’s top hits in Spotify was less significant compared to the figure for QQ. The former was only 0.96 billion, while the latter stood at 0.08 billion.
