The line graph illustrates the amount of information requested in 3 ways at a Tourist office in the UK between January and June.
Overall, it can be seen from the graph that while citizens mostly used the telephone or directly face-to-face to make an information request, emails were rarely used during the period. In addition, the amount of information requested in person was the most popular method.
In January, the number of in-person information desires was the lowest, at 400 times requested. However, it increased slowly to 600 times in February and then rocketed to the peak at around 1900 in June. Regarding the figure for phone queries, it began at about 900 in January, then decreased slightly to 800 in February, but grew rapidly to 1600 times at the end of the period.
By contrast, the number of mail requests commenced at nearly 800 times in January, which the figure declined gently to approximately 700 in February, followed by a significant drop to under 400 requests in the final month.
