Overall,its clearly seen that the most popular one is speaking in person because the number is getting higher every month ,while by the email is not that famous and at the end got the lowest number.

One of the main reason why requests at a tourism office in person has higher numbers is that , speaking in person brings big benefits such as , people can understand clearly and if their are not sure ask again , present their own questions if they have one and so on .So that is why in the end of June it came over 1900 requests. Also there are requests by phone in the beginning it was about 1000 requests but there was some changes in the February that bring 800 requests ,but in the begging of March requests got higher which brings over 1600 requests .

However , there also request by letter or email which is not have that significant numbers like other two .In the beginning of January it was higher than requests by person which was over 690 but every months the numbers got lower and lower that brings in the end of June about 290.
