The line graph illustrates the number of requests for information at a tourist office in the UK over the last six months.
Overall, despite fluctuations, figures for requesting information in person and by telephone rose gradually over the whole period. By contrast, the use of letters for this purpose was less common.
It is clear that requests for information through mobile communication services were the most successful at the start with about 900 requests. Later, it saw fluctuations from January to March and remained unchanged until April. However, ultimately they achieved significant growth with the mark of 1600 calls. The requests in person, as opposed, started at the lowest point, with just a little more than 400 requests. Unlike the previous trend, this type of requests experienced constant growth during the period from January to June.
The last way of requesting information in the UK, by letter or email, witnessed a slight decline for the first three months and then plunged for the next three months. Finally, the figures stabilised just under 400 and continued this trend for the rest of the given period.
