Sport is the best activity to aceive these goals. Additionally doing sports in groups, gym or squares help people to enjoy their time, meet their friend, and socialise too.

Young people are usually exercising once a day per week for both of them female and male. But the majority of the are spending at least 30 minutes in their sports than others who spending at least 60 minutes in their exercises which 97 percent men and 93 percent women are doing sports one time per week and spending at least 30 minutes, while 85 percent men and 74 percent women are doing one time sport per week and spending at least 60 minutes.

For those who doing sports at least 3 days per week are less than the first group, but they still prefered to spend at least 30 minutes in their exercises, which 83 percent men and 73 percent women are spending at least 30 minutes in their sports, while 53 percent men and 35 percent are spending at least 60 minutes for their sports.
