The bar graph displays the percentage of visitors in one country, by age group, who visited one or several museums in 2006, 2011, and 2016.
Overall, in all the age grous except from 55 to 65, less people went to visite at least one museums in 2006 and 2011.
In 2006, the age groups from 15 to 54 and 65+, did not visite the museums as many as the age group from 55 to 64, at approximatly 20 percent to 27 percent. In 2011 it experienced an increase in the age groups from 15 to 54 to reach approximately 26 to 30 percent, while the age group of 65+ had a downward trend reaching only 17 percent of population the visited the museums at this age range. Moreover in 2016 the age group from 15 to 24 showed a small decline reaching 25%, and the age groups of 25 to 44 and 65+ experienced an upward trend, while the age group between 45 to 54 remained table.
In comparison, the proportion of residents aged between 55 to 64 are the highest residents to visit the museums in 2006 reaching 40 percent, dropping to 35 percent in 2011, continuing to drop until it reached approximately 29 percent in 2016
