The given bar graph illustrates the passing percentage of men and women who gave their driving license test between year of span 1980 to 2010 from one of the Asian countries.

Overall, the passing percentage in driving test of women is higher than that of the men in whole given period that is from 1980 to 2010.

Beginning with the women passing percentage, it increased gradually from 1980 to 2000 but slightly declined from above 65 and nearly 70 percentage in the year 2000 to almost 65 percentage in the year 2010. In the year 1980, passing percentage was slightly below 50 but it gradually risen to above 50 percentage. And then sudden increase to nearly 70 percentage in the year 2000.

By seeing the passing percentage graph trend in men, it seems the percentages have increased constantly from below 30 to almost 50 year in the year 1980 to 2000. This increased percentage almost increased by 10 percents every year. However, it is constant in the year 2010.

In summary, we can conclude that women has progressed well in the driving license test than the men in mentioned time period.
