In 1960, it can be observed that both citizens in working age of France and the USA initially accounted for around 60 per cent. Then, the following forty-year saw a small upward pattern towards France, but this trend was abruptly broken due to a plummet approaching gradually. In the meantime, the USA percentage went up slightly in 1980 and remained steady to level off at about 66 per cent of the total in 2010, before it is predicted to witness a reduction at the end of time frame.
Regarding the others, namely Japan and Germany, constituted around 65 per cent annually in 1960. After that, the Japanese working age group experienced a rise reaching a high of 70 per cent during a thirty-year period.
