The values for both Sydney and Canberra in October 2009 were nearly equal, with about 75%. There was a considerably growth in Canberra’s percentage to around 995 by October 2010, while Sydney saw a moderate increase to just above 80%. Additionally, Brisbane remained unchanged at approximately 55% over the period.
There was an upward trend in the amount of water storage in the areas of Melbourne and Perth, rising from about 25% and exactly 40% in October 2009 to approximately 38% and 61% by October 2010, respectively. In contrast, Darwin experienced a decrease from around 45% in the first year to slightly below 30% by October 2010.
