The charts provide information about different types of dance classes and their venues juveniles are currently attending in a town located in Australia.
Overall, it is evident that private studios are the most used places for dance classes. Additionally, the popularity of the types of dance classes varies depending on the age group of the participants.
First of all, private studios take the number one position, covering almost half of the 100%, whilst school halls are number two, just below a quarter. Moreover, the third most popular location for dance classes is community halls and other locations with 18%. The last location is college-based studios, and it has the lowest rate with only 10%.
Children who are under 11 mostly attend ballet classes, and the number of students is approximately 600. Whilst around 440 children aged 10 and below participate in tap, only 300 of them attend modern dance classes. On the other hand, juveniles between the ages of 11 and 16 prefer modern dance classes more, since the number of students is slightly over 500. In contrast to the first age group, tap and ballet dance classes are the second and third most popular choices with the numbers of slightly over 400 and 300 students for young ones with the age of 11-16.
