The charts provide information about the public library in Little Chalfont. Overall, they indicate the age of the readers, the proportion of total loans and the number of loans in 2016. The majority of library members were adults aged 18-64, while the most relevant categories for children’s fiction and adult fiction. In addition, the total quantity of loans remained fairly stable during most of the period.
The amount of the most frequent library members, who were adults aged 18-64, was recorded as 51, whereas the smallest age group consisted of 12 adults aged 65 and over. The largest percentage of loans was assigned by children’s and adult fiction at both 38%, making them the most notable in 2016, whereas children DVD’S, young adults, adult audio books remained the least relevant, namely 1, 2, 2 respectively.
According to the bar graph, the total amount of loans increased quite steadily and mostly remained stable during the years of 2007-2016 with a gradual rise in 2007 from 16,000 to 18,000 and some minor fluctuations afterwards.
