Overall, spending on teacher salaries was the highest in all years, despite slight decline. While other worker’s salaries saw declining trend corresponding with increase in other features

In 1990, teacher’s salaries made up 40 percent of the total spending. It was followed by other workers salaries, which accounted for 28 percent. The spending on books and furniture and equipment were similar, making 15% and 14% respectively. However, the less amount of money were spend on insurance (2%) and technology (1%)

In 2000, both spending on teachers and books increase by 5%, accounting for the half of the total figure. While , spending on other workers salaries and furniture and equipment declined to 22% and 2 % respectively corresponding with increase in both insurance and technology to 3%.

Even though there was an increase in teacher salaries, it fell back to 45% in 2010. However it remained the highest compered to others. Next, spending both salaries of other workers and books saw a decrease corresponding with increase in furniture and equipment and insurance and technology making up 31 % of the total yearly spending.
